Automate inventory and sales order processes using Power Platform, integrating with Business Central APIs and internal databases.

🔧 Functional Modules

🔹 1. AutoStock & Sales Orders
- Daily or manual check of dealer stock levels
- Auto-creates temporary sales orders when stock is low
- Flow sends data to Business Central and logs in SharePoint
- Error handling and concurrency support built-in

🔹 2. Item & Reference Management
- Centralized database for items and specs
- PowerApps form for search by part number or VIN
- VIN mapping with model details, color codes, and PNC info
- Temporary order table stores entries before final posting

🔹 3. Business Central Integration
- API mapping with BC fields and custom MMNZ fields
- VIN + PNC logic maps to BC item numbers (e.g., JC21037A)
- Flows sync SharePoint and BC orders in real-time
- Parsed text files auto-generate items or references
