- Start proposals via form-based UI
- Capture: Name, Opportunity ID, Client, Date, Created by
- Auto-generate proposal number (e.g., PROP-2025-001)

- Modular input sections:

— Technical Requirements
— Timeline & Milestones
— Budget, Deliverables, Attachments

🔹 3. Approval Workflow
- Submit for internal approval
- Approvers get email + access link

- Maintain versions: v1, v2, vFinal, etc.

- Restore previous versions anytime
